1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Holiday Period - please note that timeframes may extend during the Christmas and New year period.
2. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment verification, except for customized or made-to-order items, which may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs:
Flat rate shipping costs:
- Standard shipping: $11
- Free standard shipping for purchases over $150
- Express shipping: $15 (flat rate)
- Additional shipping costs for made to order products

4. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
